At ETI-GB, transparent stakeholder engagement and a robust Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM) stand at the core of our program. By actively listening to local beneficiary communities, resolving concerns promptly, and fostering inclusive dialogue, we ensure that every initiative empowers beneficiaries and drives lasting economic transformation across Gilgit-Baltistan. Our GRM records reveal that the majority of grievances pertain to infrastructure interventions—primarily involving land disputes, boundary demarcations, water rights, and right-of-way issues associated with Farm-to-Market Roads (FMRs), as well as the rehabilitation of damaged or non-functional schemes. To address these issues systematically, a High-Level Grievance Redressal Committee has been formally notified by the program. Beneficiaries can submit feedback and register complaints through multiple accessible channels, including physical complaint boxes installed across all ETI-GB offices, a dedicated email address (feedback.complaint@etigb.com.pk), and an online feedback form available on the official ETI-GB website.
