What is ETI-GB?
The Economic Transformation Initiative Gilgit-Baltistan is a USD 133.72 million development programme of the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, co-funded by IFAD and AICS. It runs from 2015 to 2029 and operates across all ten districts of Gilgit-Baltistan.
Which districts does the programme cover?
All ten districts of Gilgit-Baltistan: Astore, Diamer, Ghanche, Ghizer, Gilgit, Hunza, Kharmang, Nagar, Shigar and Skardu.
How do I apply for a tender?
All open tenders are listed on our Tenders page with detailed reference numbers, deadlines and downloadable PDF/Word versions of the documents. Submit bids per the instructions in the tender document. For clarifications, email info@etigb.com.pk with the reference number.
How do I apply for a job at ETI-GB?
Open positions are published on our Vacancies page. Each vacancy has a downloadable job description and application form. Submit completed applications to hr@etigb.com.pk before the deadline.
How can communities access the 4P Producer Partnership programme?
The 4P (Public-Private-Producer-Partnership) programme accepts applications from registered producer groups, co-operatives and value chain actors. See the Applications for 4Ps page for the latest call and eligibility criteria.
Who funds ETI-GB?
The programme is co-funded by the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan (USD 30.9M), the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD, USD 90.0M), the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS, USD 8.0M), and beneficiaries (USD 4.8M).
