The Economic Transformation Initiative – Gilgit-Baltistan (ETI-GB) invites sealed bids from authorized distributors, suppliers, dealers and service providers for hiring rented vehicles for the Department of Cooperatives Gilgit-Baltistan under the Ministry of Agriculture. Requirement: 02 rental vehicles with drivers, engine capacity 1399cc to 1800cc, model year 2005 or newer, seating for 4 passengers, with adequate luggage space.
Corrigendum (28 September 2026): quotes shall be on a vehicle rent/day basis (repair/spare, mobile oil change, driver salary and per diem charges inclusive). Bid Security is a fixed PKR 69,000 (refundable) in the name of Programme Coordination Unit Gilgit, as a Bank Draft or CDR from a scheduled bank. All other terms of the original notice remain unchanged.
Bidding documents are available free of cost from the Procurement Officer, PCU, during working hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). Bids must reach the ETI-GB office by 11:00 a.m. on 1 October 2026 and will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m.
