ETI-GB is a $133.72 million programme co-financed by the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS), through the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
The Government of Gilgit-Baltistan leads implementation through the Programme Coordination Unit (Gilgit) and Regional Coordination Units in Baltistan and Diamer. IFAD and AICS provide financing and technical oversight aligned with the Programme Design Report and ECNEC-approved extensions through 2029.
